I work with clients with varying goals and tailor workouts based off their unique needs. Some like to be pushed to their limit, others just want to get their bodies moving or need to focus on flexibility and injury prevention, and some (ok most) like a little mental therapy along with their workouts. Workouts should be challenging
I believe workouts should be fun and challenging at the same time. I strive to keep my clients workouts unique and different from session to session so they don’t grow bored performing the same exercises day in and day out and to prevent injuries from setting in due to over use or muscular imbalances.
Injury prevention is key
I focus heavily on form in order to prevent injury and ensure that you are getting the most out of each rep, set, and workout. Working smarter, not harder, is the quickest/easiest way to see results and reach your goals. Pairing workouts with solid nutrition practices will produce results in a short amount of time in most cases. If your body is a bit on the stubborn side we will work together, search for the root cause of the issue, make corrections, and find the results you’re after!
